Refunds / Exchanges

Eligible items can be refunded/exchanged within 30-days after delivery, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Not applicable for items marked as non-exchangeable/non-returnable
  • Item must be in its original purchase condition - unopened, unused, unmarked, undefaced/intact
  • Set items must be returned/exchanged as a full set
  • Item can only be exchanged with the same product type of equivalent or lesser price value
  • A refund or exchange can only be made once for every purchase
  • The Oily Blends will not be responsible for the shipping cost, loss or damage of returned items
  • Refunds will be issued in a form of an e-voucher to be used on your next online purchase.

To request for a Refund:

  1. Send an email to contact@theoilyblends.com and indicate Subject: Refund Request <Order No> and below details:
  • Name & Contact No.
  • Purchased Item Code to be Returned (as shown on the invoice)
  1. Wait for the confirmation email indicating the return address and pack your item(s) with a copy of the invoice before mailing it back to us.
  2. Returned item(s) must be received within 30 days from the delivery/collection date.
  3. Refund e-voucher will be sent via email on file within 10 business days from the date we receive the returned item.

To request for an Exchange:

  1. Send an email to contact@theoilyblends.com and indicate Subject: Exchange Request <Order No> and below details:
  • Name & Contact No.
  • Purchased Item Code to be Exchanged (as shown on the invoice)
  • New Item Code & Description
  1. Wait for the confirmation email indicating the delivery/pick-up schedule.
  2. Assigned courier will pick-up the item being returned and at the same time deliver the new item for exchange.

Damaged / Incorrect / Missing

In the event that you receive a damaged/wrong item or if there is a missing item from your order, please email our Customer Service Team at contact@theoilyblends.com immediately with below details:

- Image of the wrong or damaged item received
- Item # and Description
- Order Number

If the item is in stock, we will arrange for a replacement item will be arranged to be delivered, if in stock. Otherwise, a refund will be processed accordingly.

Please do not dispose/throw away the items as they need to be returned to us.
